This is a HUGE library! As an architectural photography company we, of course, love that massive spiral staircase in the center of the building leading up to a beautiful skylight! The space is full of natural light due to the enormous amount of windows. If you are looking for a cozy place to sit and read while looking out the window, venture into one of the several nooks provided by Washington County Library. Out client, STV Inc., always puts out stunning work. We were thrilled when they hired us to photograph this lovely space.
The children’s area is adorable! There is plenty of space for them to run around and enjoy themselves while also listening and learning how to read in the process. When COVID-19 is not an issue, they will once again host many fun activities for all ages from adult book clubs to infant storytimes. That’s one of the things I love most about libraries - there is always something to do with people - and who knows - you may end up becoming close friends with those people!
