This 8 story, multi-tenant office building is located in the Clarendon neighborhood in Arlington, Virginia! I wasn’t able to find too much information on the building itself, but the photography that Jeffrey Sauers was able to create is stunning!
The building itself reminds me of the Flat Iron Building in New York City ~ especially in the image above! Our clients transformed this historic building into a beautiful modern design while keeping the wonderful views of Washington, DC! Not only keeping the views, but making them more accessible by adding private exterior balconies on the 5th and 8th floors!
