St. Matthew’s Redevelopment
What is so great about these luxury apartments? St. Matthew’s Lutheran Church teamed up with our client Clark Construction in addition to CSG Urban Partners, Trammell Crow Company, and Meadows Partners to transform their former church property into a mixed-use space. It now combines a new St. Matthew’s Church, a Community Center, and an 11-story apartment building packed with 221 units!
Located between the Wharf and Ballpark District in Washington DC, residents can explore an exciting area of the city all on foot! Not to mention the incredible views that the tallest building on the south side of M street will offer!
I find this to be so unique and inspiring! In addition, the stunning interior design made it a piece of cake to photograph!
